Local doctor says coconut oil helps reduce symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease

The Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute at University of South Florida will study the effects of coconut oil on mild to moderate cases of Alzheimer’s disease. A doctor from Spring Hill with an affected husband may be the one to thank for it.
