Only about five percent of Alzheimer’s cases impact people younger than 65. Yet Jill Lattanzio, who is in her mid-40’s, is fighting the disease. She’s the youngest patient diagnosed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, her family says. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia shares her story.
